Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions of Business shall govern all transactions with jointome.com (hereinafter called “the Seller”) except as otherwise specifically agreed in writing. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any Terms and Conditions which the Buyer seeks to impose, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Acceptance of Orders

The placing of an order with the Seller (though based on the Seller’s quotation or estimate) shall not constitute a contract, and the Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any order placed at the Seller’s absolute discretion. Telephone orders must be confirmed by the Buyer in writing and clearly marked “Confirmation Order”.

The description and quantity of the Goods/Services to be sold (“the Goods”) shall be as set out in the quotation provided by the Seller to the Buyer ("the Quotation").

Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Goods or Services. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the Goods or Services ordered meet their specific requirements.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made according to the terms agreed in the quotation. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services or cancellation of orders.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Seller operates.
